Join Chef Sean Brock At the “Chef’s Potluck”
Time: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.; $40 per person (Benefit)
Lowcountry Local First and Slow Food Charleston will host an afternoon of local food, drink and music to raise awareness of the role local farms play in sustaining our community. "Chef's Potluck," 4-7 p.m. April 27 at Middleton Place, will feature local ingredients in dishes from McCrady’s, Fish, Middleton Place, Slightly North of Broad, High Cotton, Fez, Anson, Monza, EVO and The Glass Onion. The event includes live music, Coast Brewery beer, wine and a silent auction. Proceeds will support sustainable agriculture efforts as part of Lowcountry Local First. Tickets are $40, and are available at Charleston Cooks!, EVO, Plum Elements and Rita's Roots at the Charleston Farmers Market, or by e-mailing jamee@lowcountrylocalfirst.org.
