Wine dinner featuring wines from Robert Craig

Robert Craig has been a pioneer in the development of hillside vineyards from Napa Valley's great appellations. He has been instrumental in the development of mountain AVAs in Napa. Specifically, he was the architect of the Spring Mountain and Mt. Veeder AVAs. He is a visionary in creating a new wine style for mountain Cabernets that emphasizes ripe fruit, soft and supple tannins, and early balance and integration, to produce Cabernets that are deep and delicious when young, with structure for long-term aging.

Bob established his winery in 1992 and the first Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon debuted in 1995. His winemaking philosophy is that Cabernet Sauvignon should be made with structure, balance and feature a sense of place.
